The Statistical Office in Warszawa is pleased to introduce the nineteenth edition of publication concerning labour market in Mazowieckie Voivodship. For the first time the publication is presented in the Statistical Analyses series.

The study consists of the synthesis of research results, analytical texts enriched with charts and cartograms showing some of the phenomena occurring in Mazowieckie Voivodship and statistical tables in electronic form available on website. In order to illustrate and analyse the changes taking place in Mazowieckie Voivodship, selected data have been included in the retrospection since 2010.

The publication was prepared using the results of statistical surveys of offi cial statistics, of which on the basis of data obtained from the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy as well as the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund. The publication by its scope is strengthening the monitoring of cohesion policy in the region.

The publication aims at presenting major information on the labour market concerning employment, unemployment, work conditions, wages and salaries.
