Information for mazowieckie voivodship

In 2023, more real estate purchase/sale transactions were concluded than a year ago. The dominant form of real estate trade was the free market. The largest share in terms of quantity and value was held by transactions of residential premises. Compared to 2022, the average transaction price of residential premises per 1 m2 on the free market increased.

This publication is a response to the needs of local government authorities and representatives of local government units. It characterizes both the diversity within region mazowiecki regionalny, as well as its position among other regions of Poland and supplements the publication Region warszawski stołeczny, which has been published for many years.
