The Statistical Office in Warszawa presents the publication “Housing conditions in Mazowieckie Voivodship in the light of the National Population and Housing Census 2021”. The study presents the results of the census that was conducted in Poland in the period from 1 April to 30 September 2021 as of the state on 31 March 2021.
The presented publication contains information on the number of buildings by their type, as well as data on the age (construction period), forms of ownership and size of residential buildings, taking into account the housing stock located in these buildings. The subject of the analyses is also information on the equipment of buildings with technical and sanitary installations. This study also presents data on the qualitative aspects of the existing housing stock, i.e. the size, age of dwellings and forms of ownership, their equipment with technical and sanitary installations and the housing conditions of the population. 
The publication includes, among others: the analytical part enriched with a graphic presentation in the form of maps and charts, presenting selected issues in Mazowieckie Voivodship, and the tabular part available only in electronic form.
A wide range of information obtained in the census may constitute the basis for conducting in-depth analyses and taking stock of the changes that occurred over the years 2011–2021. Therefore, basic information is presented against the background of the results of the National Population and Housing Census 2011.
By presenting this study, I hope that it will be well received and will be a source of useful information for a wide range of recipients of statistical data.
