Visiting the Reporting Portal for the first time

When submitting a report for the first time:

• please read the “Reporting Portal” guidebook

The guidebook describes technical issues, information on logging in and filling in the report form, creating accounts for additional users.

• activate your account on the portal (https://form.stat.gov.pl/edeklaracje/)

using  your temporary authorisation data – ID and password received in the letter from the Central Statistical Office informing you about your obligation to activate the above mentioned account.

Who is obliged to submit reports

An entity is informed about its reporting obligations in a letter sent to the e-mail address stated upon creating an account in the Reporting Portal of the Central Statistical Office. Newly established entities, which have not used the Reporting Portal before, receive a notification about their first reporting obligation in a letter sent to their postal address stated upon registering an economic entity. This notification describes the procedure of activating an account in the Reporting Portal and the necessary temporary authorisation data for the completing the procedure.

Filling in a report

Entities must fill in their forms in electronic form. In the Portal there are applications, which enable users to fill in the forms online.
