The task of the Centre is organisation, coordination and realisation of surveys in the field of non-financial enterprises statistics as well as performing tasks connected with creation, maintaining and development of non-financial enterprises database.

In particular, the tasks of the Centre include:

• organising and conducting surveys in the field of non-financial enterprises statistics,
• conducting work on the development of methodology, organisation and rules of presenting results of research in the field of non-financial enterprises statistics,
• working on creation, maintaining and development of non-financial enterprises database,
• designing forms and input data formats for surveys in the field of non-financial enterprise statistics,
• conducting work aimed at development of methods of using data from public administration information systems in research on non-financial enterprises statistics,
• preparing publications on the theme of non-financial enterprises statistics,
• cooperation with the Central Statistical Office in elaboration of analyses on the national level and branch-specific reports in the field of non-financial enterprises statistics,
• cooperation with the Central Statistical Office and Statistical Computing Centre in the domain of creating IT solutions used in surveys in the field of non-financial enterprises statistics,
• participation in the methodological work of the Central Statistical Office and in the international cooperation in the field of non-financial enterprises statistics,
• administering the Reporting Portal with respect to the users from Mazowieckie voivodship.
