In December 2024, average gross monthly wage and salary of Masovian residents was PLN 10,828.21, a 17.8% increase compared to January 2024. Women's salaries grew faster, though they were still lower than men's. Median wage and salary was PLN 8,226.06, meaning half of all employees were paid no more than this amount. The median increase was 22.0%.
