At the end of 2025, there were 1089830 entities of the national economy registered, i.e. by 3.5% more than in the previous year. More than half of the units (55.0%) had their seat in Warszawa. The largest number of entities (18.0%) declared that they operated in trade; repair of motor vehicles, however the highest increase as compared to 2024 occurred in the section of administrative and support service activities (by 12.2%).

Mazowieckie Voivodship

At the end of 2025, there were 598951 entities of the national economy registered, i.e. by 3.7% more than a year before. In the total number of entities, natural persons conducting economic activity prevailed (54.9%). The majority of entities (19.4%) conducted professional, scientific and technical activities. Out of the total number of entities, the vast majority (90.8%) belonged to the private sector.
