The news release contains basic information characterizing the processes taking place in the Mazowieckie voivodship, among others in the area of labour market, agriculture, industry, construction, trade and prices. The information is characterized by rich graphics in the form of maps and cartograms. Selected information is presented in cross-sections by sectors and selected sections and powiats.

The thematic layout of the publication allows for the effective identification of the development needs of Mazovia and supports regional analyses carried out in order to monitor the implementation of public policy assumptions. The analysis was made in various territorial sections, which enabled the presentation of differences in the social and economic development of the Voivodship. The analytical text of the study was enriched with tables and a graphic presentation in the form of maps and charts, which allows for a quick and effective perception of statistical information, as well as spatial relations of phenomena presented by them.

At the end of 2024, 24.3 thousand job vacancies were recorded in the Voivodship, i.e. 6.2% less than the year before. The number of newly created jobs in 2024 increased by 19.2% compared to 2023, and the number of liquidated jobs decreased by 5.5%. There were slightly more than two newly created jobs per one liquidated job.
