This publication contains analytical and tabular part, which comprise a set of information on such aspects of socio-economic life of the region as: size and structure of population, labour market, wages and salaries, pensions, prices, agriculture, sold production of industry and construction, housing construction, internal market, financial results and investment outlays of enterprises. The analytical part, apart from tables and charts, contains basic methodological explanations.

Data for Mazowieckie and Warsaw capital city

The year 2018 in the Mazowieckie Voivodship was another year in a row in which an increase in the number of population was recorded. The population growth was caused by a positive natural increase — there were by 1.8 thousand more live births than deaths. The second factor affecting the population is migration. As a result of positive net migration for permanent residence, the number of inhabitants in the voivodship increased by 16.7 thousand persons
