In Mazowieckie Voivodship in the 2023/24 school year, 140 thousand students, i.e. 18.0% of all persons aged 7-19, left their place of residence for primary and post-primary schools for children and youth. The commuting students constituted 5.7% of primary school students and 40.2% of secondary school students.
