The source of information for the published data is the National Official Business Register REGON held by the President of the CSO on grounds of the Law on Official Statistics dated June 29, 1995 (uniform text: Journal of Laws 2016, item 1068) and the decree of the Council of Ministers of November 30, 2015 on the mode and methodology of running and updating the business register, application, questionnaire and certificate specimens (Journal of Laws, item 2009).
